Web Booking pricing depends on how many different "resources" you have. A resource can be a holiday cottage, a room in a bed and breakfast or hotel, a caravan in a caravan park etc., anything that you want to book out by the day or night.
Web Booking is paid for monthly with no set up fee and no minimum contract or tie in's - you can cancel at any time.
You can upgrade / downgrade your package once signed up if your requirements change.
