Web Booking allows you to manage all of your bookings and customers for whatever it is that you book out by the day or night.
Suitable for holiday cottages, rooms in a bed and breakfast or hotel, caravans in a caravan park etc.
Web Booking is totally internet based, there is no software to download or install, you use it using your web browser.
Widgets can be availability calendars and booking forms etc, we produce widgets that you can embed in your own website. For example a monthly calendar showing which days are booked and which are available and allowing your customer to click on an available date and be taken through to a booking form.
We are flexible about these widgets and will try to create them to do exactly what you want and for them to look like you want, they can be made to use the same fonts and colours of your website so they fit in with the other content on your web pages.
Embedding these widgets on your website is justs a matter of copying and pasting a snippet of html, you may be able to do this yourself or if you had a web designer build your website you may need to get them to do it for you.
If you wish to take payments on your website when someone makes a booking, maybe a deposit or the full value of the booking, then you can use paypal or worldpay to accept credit card payments online. This is optional though, you could ask your customers to send a cheque or just pay when they arrive for their booking.
The Web Booking admin area allows you to view and manage all of your booking and customer details.
Any payments that have been taken using worldpay or paypal will be automatically recorded in the admin area, allowing you to see who owes you what money at a glance.
If you take payments in cash or by cheque you can enter these details in the admin area.
Easily search for bookings by customer name, email address, phone no, booking date etc.
Web Booking offers email based support included in the price, you can fill out a form in the admin area to request support or email us.
